A career built on both sides of the table.
I've been in this line of work since college, when I first worked on major commercial office buildings in Boston, Massachusetts. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's in Business, and I've had a lifelong interest in construction and building something meaningful.
My background spans residential, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, site development, infrastructure, and retail. Over four decades, I've been part of projects that helped grow businesses, improve transportation, lead the way in sustainability, and create better places for employees to work.
What distinguishes my approach is balance: I've spent half my career on the owner side, and half on the consulting side. That combination means I understand both the strategic and financial pressures owners face, and the delivery methods and best practices that consultants bring — and I bring both to every engagement.
Why It Matters
Owners hire advisors who have never carried the budget, the board, or the operational consequences of a decision. I have.
